01. How do I register?

You can register online or call our dedicated registration line we would need the following documentation

  • A copy of your menu
  • Business name and address
  • Proof of ID – Drivers Licence or Passport
  • Proof of ownership

02. We are always busy – should we still sign up?

We will take responsibility for order details and customer queries, meaning all you have to do is prepare your food. We also have a “Future Purchase” feature; which allows customers to buy products beforehand, reducing queues during busier hours and providing you with more efficiency

03. How much does it cost to sign up?

The sign-up fee per year is currently free.

04. Sign-up Rate Card before any discount

Upon Application.

 

05. I already have a website. Why do I need you?

Unlike other service providers, BukaFoodToYou is focused solely on African & Caribbean orientated meals. When people search for African food through us they are likely to reach you and make order 

06. What does my commission go towards?

We reinvest the 10% commission you pay into effective marketing campaigns and innovations to help you get even more orders. We are perpetually working to provide the greatest value to our restaurant partners.

07. Is this not the same as JustEat?

This is not a general site for all kinds of food like JustEat; rather a service specifically for the Afro Caribbean market. BukaFoodToYou is also a multi-national initiative as opposed to JustEat which is country-centric
